Suicide Prevention Poster

This is my suicide prevention poster. The reason why i chose this picture is because a person can be smiling and act happy but we don't really know what is going on with them inside. H.O.P.E because there is hope, suicide is not the option there is help out there. You just have to look for it and put your mind to it. Its sad how some people don't think there is and that suicide is the only way out. Everyone should know that there are these programs to help hem.

My game at the end did not come out how I tought it would. You couldnt play the maze part, it went automatically to the exorcist image. I really do not know what part I did wrong because I redid it for a second time and also still kept on not working. Same with the race car game at the end everything came out how it was supposed to but moving the car did not work. I tought it was going to be easy doing a game but it actually is not. There are many things u have to do and also learn. But if at the end it works its worth it. i would have like my games to work but really do not know why no. I thought it was my keyboard arrows but probably it was just the game. For the next time ill try better and pay more close attention to the directions. (:

Suicide Prevention Proposal

What I am planing to do is a suicide prevention poster. I feel a poster can express many emotions or send a message even though its simple. And specially on this topic, because many persons do feel like there's no help but they should know that there actually is. And by having these programs a life can be saved instead of token away. The color I want to do my poster is yellow because the program's main color is yellow. Probably do a drawing or a symbol explaining there is help out there if you need it. Hopefully it comes out how i plan it to.(:

GameOn! Reflection

We saw a video about talking how video games have changed with the time. Seeing this video did make me see how they changed. It started with a simple block game, then the famous snake game, and from there it started. By the companies having competition they started making better games or game devices. Now in days games even have the ability to use the internet, see movies, hear music etc. Its amazing how technology changes right now something is new, next thing you know there something better and newer.

Poster ''KONY2012''

For my poster I chose to do a picture of Kony. The reason I did it was because that's what everyone is trying to do, trying to ''MAKE HIM FAMOUS''. And by making this poster I can put it up somewhere or explain to people who is he. I chose the colors red and blue for the poster, red because it gets people attention because of its brightness, the blue was because black was is just too common. I put some big letters so its easy to see the message or show what I am trying to transmit trough the poster. By putting up this posters it will be easy to make him famous and save the children from Uganda. No child should be treated the way they are being treated over there. Its just sad how he doe snot have a heart, he needs a STOP!

KONY 2012

What I think about Kony 2012 is that it is a good idea. I think it is wrong for someone just abducting children to be killing people and especially being forced to kill their own parents. Since the beginning there should have been an stop so he wouldn't be doing this for so many years. But what I don't get is how can Kony not have feelings for this children. Would he have liked been abducted when he was a kid. Or would he have liked to be force to kill his parents. Its really sad, the positive side is that many people are trying to change this but they just have 1 year to accomplish their goal. And hopefully by making Kony famous he would be found and free the children in Uganda.

Mlk Speech

What I liked about my project is  its meaning of it. Martin Luther King Jr.'s speech is significant to me because he gave a speech trying to work equal rights for everyone no matter your race or color. Always fought for the colored people to have the same things as white people. He will say ''all men are created equal'' to make people realize something true. To me he's right  everyone is created equal. I don't think that some races are better than others. Or just because your light skin means you deserve more than some one that has colored skin. Its seriously really sad when someone has that point of view. There is really nothing what I disliked about the project.

My challenges were Photo shop. I actually tried out Photo shop last year in this class. We had to put a picture of our face on a picture of someone famous. It was difficult because I never had that experience. But for this project I learned how to edit an image and also put some text in it.
For this project I was new so i didn't really know what was going on. But in the group I got in they were doing a video on the Martin Luther King Jr's Speech. They explained everything to me like why they were doing it, for what class, what we had to put together etc. We worked really well together, each one of us had a part in the project. It was not uneven like someone working and the other one is just being lazy and not doing nothing. I liked working with my classmates.
We do not really need nothing else to do. What we had to do is done already, we finished it and post it up on you tube. Now we have to do Everfi but I already finished it last year so that's why I am doing this blog right now.

For my grade right now I seriously do not know what it would be right now. Hopefully its a good grade. I think our project went well, and also looked good. (:
